First,friction and anti-loose
As shown in Figure 1,the spring washer is loosened:the washer is flattened after the spring washer is assembled,and it retains the pressing force and friction between the threads by the repulsive force to prevent loosening.
2,the top nut is loosened:the use of the nut to the top to make the bolt type of additional tension and additional friction of the nut caused by the work is not reliable,so it is rarely used in processing.
3,self-locking nut anti-loose:one end of the nut is made into a non-circular closing.When the nut is tightened,the opening is expanded.The elastic force of the closing pin is used to compress the screwing thread.The structure is simple and is often used for bolt loosening.

Second,mechanical anti-loose
As shown in Figure 1,the stop washer:After tightening the nut,bend the single or double-ear stop washer to the side of the nut and the connected part respectively to achieve anti-loose and double-action stop pad.The piece to achieve two bolts requires double locking.
2,series wire anti-loose:use low-carbon steel wire into the hole of each screw head,in series with the screws,so that they brake each other,this structure needs to pay attention to the direction of the steel wire penetration.
Third,permanent anti-loose
As shown in Figure 1,the edge punching method prevents loosening:after the nut is tightened,the thread is broken at the end of the thread.
2,adhesive anti-loose:anaerobic adhesive is applied to the screw surface,after the nut is tightened,the adhesive can self-cure and has a good anti-loosening effect.
The first two methods are detachable and loose.Permanent anti-loose is non-removable and anti-loose,removable and anti-loose gasket,self-locking nut and double nut.This method can be used after disassembly.Commonly used permanent anti-loose is mainly spot welding,riveting and bonding.Etc.,this method will mostly break the threaded fasteners during disassembly and cannot be reused.Therefore,in daily processing,it is necessary to select a suitable anti-loosening method according to actual conditions.
