Many friends may not understand that the cnc machining center has adopted anti-interference measures such as shielding space electromagnetic radiation,absorbing shock current,filtering power supply clutter,etc.,and can prevent the influence of external interference sources on the CNC itself to a certain extent.However,there are still some cases of interference in actual work.What are the anti-interference elimination methods of CNC machining centers?
In order to ensure the stable operation of the CNC,it is necessary to take the following measures to install the connection at the CNC:
1.Suppress interference:RC loop is connected in parallel at both ends of the AC coil.When installing the RC loop,it should be as close as possible to the inductive load;reverse-parallel diodes are connected in parallel at both ends of the DC coil;and the surge absorber is connected to the winding end of the AC motor..
2.The CNC machining center should be kept away from the interference-causing equipment(such as inverters,AC contactors,electrostatic generators,high-voltage generators,and segmentation devices of power lines).
3.The CNC should be powered by an isolating transformer.The CNC machine must be grounded.The CNC and the driver must be connected to a separate grounding wire from the grounding point.
The CNC machining center leads the cable with twisted and shielded cable or shielded cable.The shield of the cable is grounded at the CNC side and the signal line should be as short as possible.In order to reduce the mutual interference between the CNC signal cables and the strong electric cables,follow the wiring principle.
