When the program is verified,the machine tool is locked,and the tool is processed in the simulation process(the affirmative coordinate and the relative coordinate are changed).At this time,the coordinates do not match the actual orientation.The reference point must be used to ensure the machine.The zero coordinate is common to the affirmative and relative coordinates.If the machining operation is performed without finding a problem after the calibration procedure,a bump of the tool will be formed.The direction of the overtravel exemption is incorrect.
When the machine is overtraveled,you should press and hold the overtravel exempt button and move it in the opposite direction by hand or hand,which can be eliminated.However,if the direction of the exemption is reversed,the machine will be damaged.Since the overtravel maintenance of the machine will not work when the overtravel exemption is pressed,the overtravel maintenance travel switch is already at the end of the stroke.At this moment,it is possible that the workbench will continue to move in the direction of the overtravel,and eventually the screw will be pulled and the machine tool will be damaged.
