1,working pressure control loop
In order to obtain a stable working pressure of the pneumatic system,it is necessary to perform secondary pressure control on the system,that is,the compressed air after the pressure control of the gas source is stabilized by the pressure reducing valve as the final working pressure of the system.
This type of circuit is usually composed of three separate components,namely an air filter,a pressure reducing valve and an oil mister.Due to the high filtration accuracy of the air filter,a first-stage coarse filter unit is installed in front of it,and the oil mister can be installed according to the actual situation.The relative position of the separating elements when combined must remain stable and cannot move.
2.Booster circuit
Occasionally,due to the size limitation of the cylinder,the required air pressure is not obtained in some parts,and it is necessary to use a supercharger to form a supercharging circuit at these places,and to achieve a supercharging effect by applying low pressure air and high pressure oil pressure.The supercharger used in the booster circuit is also divided into a single fluid booster and a two-fluid supercharger.The booster circuit using the dual fluid booster can output more pressure in a small space.

The commonly used pressure control circuit also includes:by impacting the cylinder,converting the pressure energy of the air into the kinetic energy of the piston rod,causing the piston to move to the outside at an extremely fast speed,generating a great impact force and performing an external impact control loop;The control of the valve uses two different pressures to drive the movement of the double-acting cylinder in different directions to achieve a double-pressure driven cylinder circuit for the purpose of saving air consumption;and in some cases,such as a balancing system,in order to adapt to the quality There are different processing requirements for different workpieces,and multiple pressure control loops for balancing pressure are provided.
