What should I pay attention to when debugging CNC machining center?
CNC machining and debugging is related to the quality of our CNC machining parts and the working conditions of the lathe. What should we pay attention to when debugging the CNC machining center?
1.Equipment confirmation.
(1)Whether the mechanic knows the standard performance of the machine to be operated.(Axis stroke, machining space, tool holder model, special instructions commonly used in this machine, etc.)
(2)Whether the processing task to be accepted conforms to the processing range of the machine tool.
2,blank confirmation.
(1)Confirm whether the blank model conforms to the part to be tested.
(2)Blank size, whether the machining allowance is abnormal.
(3)It can be processed after the clamping point is high and the processing surface is not flat or the material is hard to be polished.(requires quality confirmation)
3.Confirmation of drawings.
(1)Whether the drawing marks are clear. Is there a dimensional error?
(2)Confirm the virtual solid line of the drawing to prevent the left and right parts of the parts and the front and back sides from being clamped incorrectly.
4.Fixture confirmation.
(1)Whether the self-locking force of the fixture can meet the processing requirements.(Is there any possibility of loosening during processing)
(2)Whether the reference point of the clamping is reasonable.(Can you meet the requirements for face, line, point and limit freedom)
(3)Is there any positioning phenomenon?
(4)Is the clamping force of the part appropriate?
5.Tool confirmation.
(1)Whether the tool currently used is confirmed by the cutter.(A variety of ER,sickle,Mohs knife and Latin are tight)
(2)Are there large diameter and extra long tools that exceed the requirements of the machine tool.
(3)There are no blades, the tool body has worn and does not meet the processing requirements of the tool.
(4)Whether the tool is equipped properly, whether the machining allowance and material meet the requirements of the equipped tool.
6,coordinate confirmation.
(1)How many coordinates are there in this process, and whether the mutual calculation of coordinates is correct and uniform.
(2)Whether the reference point of each axis of the basic coordinate setting is correct, and whether the added or subtracted data is confirmed.
7,the program is confirmed.
(1)The procedure indicates whether it matches the machined part and whether the tool mark is correct.
(2)Whether the tool number matches the tool length compensation and the diameter compensation number.
(3)The content to be processed, whether the speed and F value of the program are reasonable, whether the program format is correct and reasonable, and the coordinate point
Review.
(3)Whether it is running empty.
8.Process confirmation.
(1)Whether the blank is inspected on-board.(point hole position blank margin)
(2)Abnormal or timely stop or adjustment during processing.
(3)Whether the dimensions required for the process are not processed.
(4)Whether the parts are transferred in the deburring or anti-rust treatment.
9,the first piece of confirmation.
(1)Whether all the dimensions involved in the processing(including the distance from the blank)are confirmed.
(2)Whether the inspector reviews all dimensions within this procedure.
Confirm the first eight points, but you can't ignore the last point. The first piece determines the size of the batch,so we must confirm the size and quality of the first piece.
