What are the characteristics of CNC machining for finishing and roughing?
CNC machining that we generally know is the processing of CNC precision parts.We do not know CNC machining,as well as roughing,machining and finishing.In fact,this is controlled by the tools we use.The finished tool is a standard tool.The workpiece is machined without rough surface and no machining in place.The tolerances are guaranteed.CNC machining of rough knives is not the same,the degree of wear of the workpiece is not the same,the machining accuracy is not the same as the surface quality and machining accuracy of the machined parts are closely related.
We usually say that the precision is high and the quality is good.In fact,the surface is smooth and feels good.In the process of using CNC machining,the direct contact with the surface of the part is the surface of the part,and even the key to the use of many parts is some surface quality.
The surface quality of the machined parts is often the requirement of the parts.For example,many parts require high surface hardness,such as molded parts of the mold,and the surface quality is to meet the functional requirements of the parts.
When roughing,consideration should be given to leaving a reasonable enough margin for finishing;when finishing,the correct datum plane positioning should be selected,and a reasonable processing sequence,tool material and cutting parameters should be selected to ensure the final quality of the product.
When finishing,the surface requirements are very high,and because of a small flaw,our workpieces cannot be used.Therefore,when performing CNC finishing,we must pay attention to the selection and details of the tools.
